School-Based Physical Therapist - Oakland, CA

• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist

• Organizational skills to track student progress and maintain records accurately

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide physical therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic interventions to achieve educational goals
• Guide school staff and caregivers on strategies, equipment, and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain thorough records and provide clear, professional documentation
