Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements
• Effective communication skills for coordination with teachers, staff, and families
• Proficiency in evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation
• Adaptability to support students with a range of physical and developmental challenges

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for PT services
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans within the school environment
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions, as well as consultative services to staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Educate students, staff, and families about strategies and techniques to enhance mobility and participation
