Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, and/or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with IEPs and special education services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse needs in dynamic classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational progress
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group formats
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress and outcomes
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to reinforce motor skills, mobility, and self-care
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district guidelines
