Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Florida

- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students in K-12 settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with educators, parents, and other specialists
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads, document progress, and schedule sessions efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans and physical therapy interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success and well-being
- Maintain ongoing documentation reflecting student progress, assessments, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student growth
- Utilize innovative, goal-oriented approaches to maximize student independence and participation
