School-Based Physical Therapist - Palmdale, CA

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license (CA)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Ability to develop individualized therapy plans and document progress

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Evaluate students and develop treatment goals to support mobility, motor skills, and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students' physical development
• Adapt interventions to foster an inclusive, accessible learning environment
