You will be working in a single location, providing focused attention to your assigned caseload while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educators dedicated to student success.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
- Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy services
- Ability to conduct comprehensive skills and functional assessments, including FBAs
- Solid understanding of treatment planning, clinical assessment, and ethical guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents, and educational staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group physical therapy to students across a range of ages and developmental levels
- Assess student needs using multiple assessment models to guide therapy goals and interventions
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and make data-driven treatment recommendations aligned with BACB standards
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create and implement effective therapy plans
- Document all assessments, interventions, and progress within school and district requirements
- Provide resources or guidance to school teams aimed at supporting positive student outcomes
