Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive skills assessments tailored to each student’s unique needs using various assessment frameworks
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and utilize associated screening tools to inform intervention strategies
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with current ethical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff, to foster supportive educational environments
• Maintain documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Provide consultative services and training to staff and families, enhancing understanding and integration of treatment recommendations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), experienced in school-based practice
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Familiarity with age-appropriate practices for elementary through high school-aged students
• Effective communicator, adept at building rapport with diverse student populations, staff, and families
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently within a supportive school team structure
