Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric therapy setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with students from kindergarten through high school
- Familiarity with IEPs and special education processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to document progress and effectively engage with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based, goal-oriented physical therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Assess, plan, and execute individualized treatment strategies
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure holistic care
- Maintain timely records of interventions, progress, and compliance requirements
- Educate families and teachers on strategies and accommodations to support student participation
