From June 29 through July 30, you'll have the rewarding chance to make a direct impact working with students who benefit from your expertise in a school-based environment. This short-term role offers a focused schedule—Monday through Thursday from 8:15 am to 12:30 pm—giving you valuable afternoons free for your own pursuits.

Desired Background:

  • Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license required
  • Prior experience supporting children or adolescents in educational settings highly preferred
  • Competence in assessment and the design of effective treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with school staff and families
  • Reliable transportation to both assigned school sites in Upper Merion and Lansdale areas
  • Commitment to delivering consistent, student-centered care throughout the ESY period

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to students following Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, document, and communicate progress toward therapy goals
  • Work collaboratively with other ESY staff members, educators, and families
  • Travel between two school sites as assigned
  • Support inclusive and adaptive strategies so all students can thrive in their learning environment
