School-Based Physical Therapist - Philadelphia, PA

A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Physical Therapist to support Extended School Year (ESY) services for a small K-12 caseload. Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Physical Therapist license for the state
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Skilled in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Comfortable traveling between two school sites (approximately six miles apart)
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to K-12 students
• Assess student needs and develop appropriate therapy interventions for the ESY period
• Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and communicate regularly with the educational team
