Key Qualifications:
- Valid state Physical Therapist license
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Comfortable servicing students in PreK through 8th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work onsite throughout the school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver physical therapy interventions for students with diverse needs
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on achieving students’ educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily school activities
- Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation in accordance with school and professional requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning for student support
- Provide consultative services and training to educational staff as needed
This position is scheduled to begin August 3, 2026, and continue through May 26, 2027 (dates subject to change), and involves working directly onsite within the school setting.
