What You’ll Bring:

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Card, or willingness to obtain prior to start
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ physical therapy needs within an educational framework
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Provide both direct and consultative PT services focused on helping students achieve their IEP goals
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all services rendered
• Educate staff and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute observations and recommendations
