Physical Therapist - School Setting in Phoenixville, PA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Previous pediatric or schools-based physical therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and school documentation
• Strong communication, time-management, and team-building skills
• Comfortable working with students with diverse needs in a classroom or therapeutic setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to develop effective therapy plans targeting individual goals
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services in accordance with IEPs
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings
• Provide guidance and training to school staff and families on mobility and access
