Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure (PT)
- Previous experience or coursework in school-based settings is preferred
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-12
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in line with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, document, and report on student progress using clearly established protocols
- Support both resource and self-contained classrooms, adapting interventions to a variety of needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
- Maintain communication and collaboration with educators, families, and fellow therapists
