Physical Therapist - School Setting in Plainfield, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure (PT)
• Previous experience or coursework in school-based settings is preferred
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations across K-12
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students in line with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, document, and report on student progress using clearly established protocols
• Support both resource and self-contained classrooms, adapting interventions to a variety of needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
• Maintain communication and collaboration with educators, families, and fellow therapists
