Physical Therapist - School Setting in Plainfield, IN

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience providing PT services in a school setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and school-based interventions
• Excellent ability to collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned students
• Deliver physical therapy services directly to students in alignment with IEP goals
• Monitor progress, modify plans as needed, and provide updates to educational teams and families
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided
• Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer recommendations for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and strategies to enhance student engagement
