School Physical Therapist

Soliant is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time school-based position near Plainwell, MI for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive school team and grow your experience in a school-based setting.

Position Details:

• 35-40 hours per week
• ASAP – End of the School Year
• Itinerant position - 5 school locations on caseload 
• Therapist is responsible for services, evaluations, and service notes 
• Supportive and collaborative school environment
• Opportunity to work alongside experienced education and therapy professionals

Requirements:

• Active Michigan PT license 
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
