Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for the state or eligibility to obtain one
  • Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create engaging therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and professional standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP meetings
