Your role will involve scheduled weekly and monthly hours ranging from 20 minutes to 1 hour per school, allowing you to craft a balanced work life with high impact in each assignment. The contract begins August 10th.

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Comfort with scheduling your sessions across multiple schools
• Experience or willingness to deliver services via teletherapy platforms (VOCO) a plus
• Commitment to supporting students’ physical development and educational success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance learning environments
• Educate staff and families on strategies for improved physical functioning
