Physical Therapist - Portage, MI

Soliant is excited to connect with a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based opportunity near Portage, MI for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year! This is a great chance to bring your expertise to a supportive school district, make a meaningful impact with students, and collaborate with a team of dedicated education and therapy professionals.

This 35–40 hour per week position is available ASAP through the end of the school year. As an itinerant PT, you’ll have the opportunity to work across five school locations, providing services to students with a variety of needs. Responsibilities will include providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and completing required service documentation while working closely with school staff and other professionals.

Candidates must hold an active Michigan PT license. Previous school-based experience is preferred, but it is not required, making this a great opportunity for both experienced school-based therapists and PTs looking to expand into the educational setting.
