Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid license (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Utah
• Prior experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based and student-centered therapy practices
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical needs
• Provide direct physical therapy services to help students access their education and optimize functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to integrate therapy goals into daily routines
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions on student progress
• Provide resources and consultative services to staff and families, as needed
