Physical Therapist - School Setting in Randolph, NY

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to document progress efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide physical therapy interventions for students with a variety of needs
• Liaise with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to coordinate care and ensure an integrated approach
• Support students’ physical access to curriculum, activities, and school facilities
• Evaluate and document student progress, updating treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff regarding student progress and ongoing needs
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and participation
