Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (active state licensure required)
• Background or experience providing PT services in school or pediatric healthcare environments
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation preferred
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and modify therapy plans as needed
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students, supporting their mobility, function, and participation in school activities
• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and goals
• Work closely with teachers, aides, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy into educational programming
• Track student progress, document session outcomes, and adjust strategies for optimal development
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for students’ continued success
