Key Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina PT license required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

  • Skilled in managing a varied caseload in an itinerant role
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Primary Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to K-12 students across multiple schools, adapted to individual needs and educational goals
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on student mobility, access, and functional school participation
  • Consult and partner with teachers, family members, and other specialists to reinforce therapy goals and optimal learning outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
