This impactful role is exclusively on-site, Monday through Friday, for 5 hours each day—ideal for those seeking a rewarding short-term assignment.

What you bring to the role:

  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license
  • Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with students receiving special education services
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
  • Dedication to supporting students’ functional mobility, participation, and independence

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct PT services tailored to individual student needs as specified in their IEPs
  • Collaborate with special education teachers, other related service providers, and support staff
  • Document session notes, progress reports, and student outcomes in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings as needed to provide input on goals and student progress
  • Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance students’ physical development and participation
  • Ensure all required documentation and licensure are maintained and submitted on time
