School-Based Physical Therapist - Renton, WA

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and school documentation
• Comfortable working with middle and high school students (grades 6–12)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach

Duties Include:

• Completing assessments and designing individualized PT plans
• Implementing therapy sessions focused on functional mobility and participation in school activities
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other related service providers
