School Physical Therapist | Renton, Washington

Make a difference as a dedicated Physical Therapist supporting students in grades 6–12. This contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse group of teens near Seattle, WA for 40 minutes per week. You'll collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their physical potential and remain actively engaged in their school environments.

What you'll bring:
• Current Washington State PT license and appropriate credentials
• Prior experience working with adolescents or within a school setting preferred
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and parents
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach and creative problem-solving

What you'll do:
• Evaluate students referred for physical therapy services and develop individualized plans
• Deliver direct services to ensure every student's access to the curriculum
• Document student progress and adjust goals as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and other service providers
• Educate school staff and families on supportive techniques and classroom modifications
• Promote safe, accessible learning environments for all students
