Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Physical Therapist license in Virginia (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and tailor interventions to student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices for maximizing student progress
- Work closely with educators, families, and other therapists to support student milestones
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain clear, accurate records of interventions and outcomes
- Provide training and resources for staff and family members as needed
- Monitor and report on student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
