School-Based Physical Therapist - Roseville, California

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience providing therapy services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficient in assessments, IEP participation, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, educators, and parents
• Ability to work autonomously, manage caseloads efficiently, and adapt to diverse student needs
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with a range of physical challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, sharing expertise with educational teams
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services on-site
• Document student progress and maintain all required records in accordance with regulations
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families to support student progress
• Adapt interventions and equipment to create an accessible, inclusive environment
