Physical Therapist - School Setting in Roseville, CA

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Active Physical Therapy license in California (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school-based, pediatric, or similar setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services to help children reach academic and social milestones
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure continuity of care and support
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Educate staff and families on physical therapy interventions and strategies
