The program runs from July 1 to July 30, operating Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 1 pm, at the 5/6 Grade Center. While specific caseload details are forthcoming, you can expect consistent daily sessions with a dedicated group of students.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document student progress clearly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to eligible students during the ESY program
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to support student success
- Document interventions, progress, and communicate updates as required
- Ensure adherence to school policies and professional standards of practice
