School-Based Physical Therapist - Sacramento, CA

Key Requirements:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop, implement, and track progress toward individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to students with a range of physical challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and compliance requirements
• Engage in professional development and stay current with best practices in school-based PT
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
