Physical Therapist - School Setting in Saint Augustine, FL

You’ll be covering a 12-week maternity leave at the start of the school year, with the possibility to begin earlier during the extended school year (dates to be confirmed). Working on-site, you will serve as an itinerant clinician, supporting multiple school locations and a diverse caseload of students. Your expertise will help students reach their goals and fully access their educational environments.

What you’ll bring:

• Current and active Florida Department of Health Physical Therapist license (FL DOH PT Licensure)
• Preferred experience in a school-based PT setting
• Ability to quickly complete fingerprinting and credentialing (previous prints from another FL district via AHCA may suffice)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with education teams and families
• Flexibility and willingness to serve multiple schools as needed

Role highlights:
