Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state
- Previous experience delivering services in a school setting preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP processes and developing measurable goals

- Passion for supporting students of varied abilities and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess student motor skills and identify needs
- Develop and implement individualized goals for students as part of their IEPs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct physical therapy services (supporting a caseload ranging from 30-60 students per week, adjusted according to time and student needs)
- Document and report on student progress on a quarterly basis, maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Create and manage therapy schedules to maximize student access and outcomes
- Offer professional consultation and recommendations to school staff as needed
This contract runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, with a workweek of 36 hours (seven-hour days), allowing you to deeply engage with the school community while maintaining a manageable and steady workload.
