Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist
- Background in pediatric or school-based physical therapy strongly preferred
- Understanding of IEP development/implementation
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a school setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, design and implement individual therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct physical therapy services within the school environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and update progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students’ access to education
- Document service delivery and maintain accurate student records
- Engage families in goal setting and progress discussions
