Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and active Missouri Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are also valued
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy programs for PreK-aged students
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, staff, and families
• Collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to PreK students according to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments to identify motor needs and establish treatment goals
• Document student progress, maintain records, and contribute to team meetings
• Educate school personnel and families on interventions and strategies
• Foster inclusive, engaging learning environments in partnership with classroom staff
