Physical Therapist - School Setting in Saint Peters, MO

Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance
• Strong organizational skills for schedule management
• Effective communicator, comfortable with parent and staff collaboration
• Ability to adapt services based on diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized physical therapy goals tailored to each student
• Deliver direct Physical Therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Monitor progress and provide comprehensive quarterly reports
• Participate as an active member in IEP meetings
• Consult with staff and teachers, offering strategies and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Create and update flexible schedules to accommodate caseload needs

Assignment Details:

• Full-time contract: 36 hours per week (7 hours daily)
• Assignment dates: start ASAP through 5/22/26
• Caseload varies based on student abilities and needs
