Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Physical Therapist licensure in Oregon
- Previous experience in school-based settings covering a range of student ages (K-12)
- Ability to travel between multiple sites within the district (itinerant model)
- References from the three most recent supervisors are required for consideration
- Must be comfortable in an on-site only position; no virtual/VOCO options available
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to students across diverse grade levels as part of a collaborative school team
- Assess students’ motor skills and develop creative intervention plans to help students access their curriculum
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Support teachers and paraprofessionals by advising on accommodations and classroom strategies
