Provide PT services to students across assigned schools
Conduct assessments and contribute to evaluation processes
Support IEP development and attend required meetings
Collaborate with educators and support staff
Manage documentation and compliance requirements
Requirements
Active Oregon PT license (required)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Must provide 3 recent supervisor references
Comfortable with onsite, multi-site schedule
