A Physical Therapist is needed to provide specialized support within a K-12 educational setting in Salisbury, NC. This contract role is scheduled for the current school year (CSY) and focuses on delivering physical therapy services to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with educators and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
• Provide therapy services 30-32 hours per week during the school year.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student evaluations and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student support plans.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school and healthcare settings.
• Ability to work effectively with children in various grade levels, PreK-12.
