Soliant is partnering with supportive school districts across California to hire passionate Travel Occupational Therapists for the upcoming school year. Position Overview

• Full-time school-based travel assignments available throughout California
• Onsite roles within collaborative educational environments
• Caseload: K–12 students with a variety of developmental and functional needs
• Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Travel-friendly compensation package with weekly pay and stipends for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive weekly pay package equating to $50-$60 per hour

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments
