Your responsibilities:

• Perform assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services in accordance with IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to create supportive classroom environments
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations
• Adapt interventions that encourage each student’s participation in school activities
