Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid and active Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Ability to conduct comprehensive skills and functional assessments using contemporary models
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning capabilities
• Demonstrated professionalism collaborating with educational staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapeutic interventions as outlined within students’ Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct thorough assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills evaluations
• Develop and implement targeted treatment recommendations based on ethical BACB guidelines
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress monitoring
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with educators and school staff for student support
• Contribute expertise in both clinical and consultative roles
