Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Physical Therapist licensure for the state
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills for managing caseloads, documentation, and progress reports

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide physical therapy interventions for students with diverse needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, roundtables, and collaboration sessions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and compliance with all school and professional standards
- Engage in annual performance reviews and ongoing process improvement discussions
