Key Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in Illinois
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable performing assessments, designing treatment plans, and documenting progress
- Able to adapt therapy to support a diverse student population
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group physical therapy services to students
- Complete comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and legal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Take part in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in orientation, annual reviews, and ongoing check-ins with supervisors
