Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students from kindergarten through age 22
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions to support student mobility and function
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a supportive environment
• Participate in meetings and trainings as needed, with coaching available for school-based processes
• Accurately document services and progress with mentoring provided as needed
• Adjust interventions as required to meet the unique needs of each student
