School-Based Physical Therapist - Searcy, AR

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience providing physical therapy services in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Comfortable and effective working in a virtual/teletherapy format
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, educational staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that address student needs
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote meeting platforms

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver 30 minutes per week of direct virtual physical therapy to students, focusing on enhancing mobility and helping them access their educational environments
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' progress and success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for each student session
• Attend virtual team meetings and participate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Provide guidance for adaptations, assistive equipment, and classroom strategies
