Key Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State
- Prior experience working with adolescents, especially in a school or pediatric setting
- Knowledge of adapting interventions and exercises to fit middle and high school students’ needs

- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized plans for students in grades 6-12

- Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with educational and clinical standards
- Educate staff and families on strategies to enhance student mobility and participation within the school environment
