Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification with the BACB
  • Physical Therapist (PT) license required
  • Experience working in school environments is highly desirable
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive skills and functional behavior assessments
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough skills and functional behavior assessments for students using diverse, appropriate models
  • Develop and implement treatment recommendations that adhere to BACB ethical standards
  • Work closely with educators and specialists to develop individualized plans for students
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to school personnel and parents as needed
  • Monitor student progress, update goals, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and professional requirements
