Key Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapy license
- Proven experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings, ideally with K-12th grade students
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educational teams and families
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized and group therapy sessions for students with a variety of needs
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ success
- Attend IEP meetings and provide detailed reports/progress updates as needed
