Physical Therapist - School Setting in Snohomish, WA

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-person services within a supportive school environment near Snohomish, WA. This contract position offers a part-time schedule at .4 FTE—equivalent to approximately 2 days per week—with flexibility in selecting your workdays. You'll have the chance to help students reach their fullest physical potential and work collaboratively with educators and families.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Physical Therapist license for practice in Washington State
• Prior experience as a PT within a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric care and school-based physical therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and school staff
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a variable caseload
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive environment for students of all abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to students according to IEP plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and adjust treatment goals
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and maintain appropriate records
• Provide consultative support to school personnel to optimize students’ functional participation
• Employ creative and adaptive strategies for therapy to maximize student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
