Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Physical Therapy license in Washington, or eligibility to obtain
• Previous pediatric or school-based Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, therapy documentation, and progress reporting
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Ability to adapt and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students to determine physical therapy needs and recommend interventions
• Provide direct and consultative PT services focusing on educational access and independence
• Participate in IEP meetings, drafting goals and progress updates
• Document services and communication in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Offer training and support for teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Travel between school sites as required
