Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Vermont
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings, particularly at the elementary and high school levels
• Ability to adapt therapeutic plans to a range of ages and abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and other specialists
• Motivation to contribute to student success through creative and evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with physical or mobility challenges
• Deliver direct therapy sessions as outlined in IEPs and adapt activities to meet evolving student needs
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to provide accommodations and recommendations for the classroom and daily routines
• Document progress and participate in IEP and team meetings as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team
• Prioritize a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all students
