School-Based Physical Therapist - Stone Mountain, GA

This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting. The role involves working with a caseload of 25-35 students ranging from PreK through 12th grade. This contract position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a duration extending through the current school year (CSY) until May 21, 2026.

Located in Stone Mountain, GA, the schools served are within a convenient 15-25 minute commute from Atlanta, GA, close to Tucker in Dekalb County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric populations and/or in school-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students from PreK to 12th grade
• Manage a caseload of 25-35 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support students’ progress
• Maintain compliance with all applicable school and healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials to practice in the state
• Pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an educational setting
